Muhammad Atique Malik Principal Lawyer
Principal lawyer at Malik Law Office, Muhammad Atique Malik, Barrister & Solicitor, earned his master degree in Mass-communication from Islamia University Bahawalpure, Pakistan and Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from University of Punjab. In 1996 he joined law practice and after three years he moved to Canada. As new immigrant he worked hard to pursue his law profession in Canada. He joined Seneca College and graduate in Corporate Post Diploma and Immigration Practitioner Certificate. In 2002 he joined Bay street law firm as Legal Assistant. In the year 2004, he got his first professional membership of Canadian Society of Immigration consultants (CSIC) and started his practice as an Immigration Consultant.
To earn Canadian LL. B equivlation, he passed his challenge examination through the National Committee on Accreditation, Ottawa. Atique was honoured by Law Society of Ontario with call to bar in 2012 and then founded Malik Law Office in Toronto.

In charge Conveyancer Real Estate, Malik Law Office, Fizah Batool Started her Carrier being Lawyer in Islamabad, Pakistan in 1999 after passing her LL.B from University of Punjab and during her work she obtained Masters of Science in Pakistan Studies and Masters in Political Science from the University of Punjab Lahore Pakistan.
During her work and studies she decided to move Canada and in 2002 she got her immigration and came in Toronto, Canada. Being a new Immigrant she faced same difficulties as every new person in Canada but luckily she got a job within few months in a Law office where she started to work as a Law Clerk and Immigration Assistant.
In 2003 because of her Higher Education in Social Science she succeeded to get a Social work Position in YWCA which is main stream organisation in Toronto where she worked for more than three years.
She moved back to Pakistan in 2006 and continued her Legal profession being High Court lawyer and worked consecutively for two years. She came back to Canada in the year 2008 pursued for LL.B Equivalency through NCA.
Ms. Fizah has been working with Malik Law Office since 2014, as in charge Conveyancer Real Estate.
Shahid Maqbool Mirza Paralegal
Associate Paralegal, Shahid Maqbool Mirza completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan. In 1995, Mr. Mirza achieved a Bachelor of Law at the University of Punjab Law School. After graduating, he began working at a law firm until 2000. In 2001, Mr. Mirza established his law firm and started practice in different areas of law i.e., Civil, Family, Land Revenue Matters, Landlord Tenant Disputes, and Criminal Cases in lower and higher courts till May 2009. Mr. Mirza immigrated to Canada in June, 2009. Mr. Mirza got his Diploma in the Paralegal Program from Centennial College, Toronto in 2014 and became a Licensed Paralegal from the Law Society of Ontario. Mr. Mirza worked at a well-known Law Firm in Toronto and has now established his own firm. He is also practicing in association with Malik Law Office as a Paralegal.
Mr. Mirza is Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. During his free time, Mr. Mirza likes spending time with his family and friends, volunteering within his community conducting programs, travelling, and watching sports such as soccer and basketball. Mr. Mirza is committed to his professionalism and cherishes new challenges.
