Instructions for the Land Transfer Tax Calculator

1. Enter the purchase price of the property in CAD.
2. Select the location: choose “Toronto” for both provincial and municipal LTT, or “Ontario” for provincial only.
3. Check the first-time buyer box if applicable — rebates will apply automatically.
4. Click “Calculate” to see the provincial and municipal LTT, the rebate, and the net LTT payable.
